Our product guarantees cover manufacturing defaults only. Products damaged through general wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage does not come under our guarantee policy.
For after-sales issues, buyers should file a return & refund application within 30 days from the delivery day. The supplier reserves the right that not to provide any after-sales service for issues that are received after 30 days since delivery.
If you feel that your product has been damaged perhaps in transit our shut eyed team would be more than happy to help. Get In touch and describe your problem to us. The more information you have that you can provide us about the problem the quicker we can resolve it.

Made an incorrect address entry on the after submitting your order. This can be happen! If a reshipment is required the additional shipping cost will be covered by us!
In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you haven’t received your item please submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Need to request a return a return, exchange or refund?
- Ensure you have a valid reason for returning your items. Please provide us with as much information as possible in regards to the description of the fault and photos of the fault.
- Contact Us to provide details of the fault: customerservice@shuteyed.com
- We will inform you of the outcome of your claim. If approved please return the product to the original address on the package. Please provide a tracking number.
- Once the tracking number has been provided (or once the supplier has received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card on file.
